Terms of sale
Last updated: October 2026
Orders
Sending the order form is a request, not a final purchase. Your order is confirmed only after Creatif Melissa contacts you and you agree on the details and the price.
Handmade, made-to-order items
Each item is handmade and made to order. Small differences in color, size and shape compared with the photos are normal and part of the charm of handmade work.
Prices and payment
Prices depend on size, materials and personalization, and are confirmed before your order starts. No payment is taken on this website; the payment method is agreed with you when your order is confirmed.
Delivery and pick-up
Delivery or pick-up options, and any delivery costs, are agreed with you when your order is confirmed.
Changes and cancellations
Because items are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a request. Whether a change is still possible depends on how far the work has progressed.
Photos and content
The photos, logo and texts on this website belong to Creatif Melissa and may not be reused without permission.
